You are an inspirational leader who can energise, motivate and lead your team of dedicated co-workers to
provide a safe and secure environment for our customers and co-workers. You will lead, manage, coach and support your Safety & Security Team. You are experienced with advising and influencing key stakeholders and business partners on best practice. You have a passion for Safety & Security and you will drive this message within the store and maintain a consistent positive customer experience.
As the Safety and Security Manager, you will be responsible for, but not limited to;
• You will secure effective best practice safety systems, deliver lowest possible loss prevention for the store,
monitor internal and external IKEA related incidents and drive a culture where all co-workers accept
responsibility for safety and security in their day to day workplace.
• You will co-ordinate with the store's Emergency Response Team and management for the handling of any emergency cases and provide appropriate action according to the IKEA Emergency Response rules.
• You will provide support to the different functions within the store by analysing risks and enabling change within the business.
• You will maximise the store's profit by working actively to reduce operational incidents of loss by managing insurance reports and claims, reducing fraud, and securing and protecting IKEA assets.

The Safety & Security team strive to create a safety-first environment within the store. Through strong business partnering with all functions in store, the Safety & Security team will ensure the store is compliant with all IKEA and local rules, guidelines and legislative requirements, securing a safe and secure environment for all who enter the store.
