About us
Regional Supply Team works in close cooperation with the Home Furnishing Businesses in IKEA of Sweden and all Regional Supply Chain partners to secure product availability at lowest cost for our customers, ensure smooth range change and also support expansion initiatives & commercial activities. 

We are now searching for a Solution Expert to join and strengthen our Business Support team in Regional Supply Team Europe.

About the job
Working in the Business Support Team as Solution Expert will give you the possibility to work in different solutions and processes on regional level but with a global approach. 

Your mission will be to secure with Supply Chain partners development and implementation of improved solutions within Manage Order & Delivery and Handling & Storage, meeting future business needs. The aim is to increase efficiency, lower costs and improve customer availability. 

As Solution Expert you are responsible for organising and leading training for solutions and systems connected to Order & Delivery and Handling & Storage, to build skills and knowledge that contribute to the competence development within the Regional Supply Teams. 

You will have several assignments, which include:
•    Lead the work within the region and globally to continuously improve business solutions with the aim to increase efficiency, lower costs and improve customer availability.
•    Secure high knowledge level of the line organisation related to the business solution. 
•    Secure with solution owner that existing and future business solutions meet the business requirements.
•    Identify business needs and requirements in cooperation with the Process Expert and line organisation. 
•    Communicate, plan and execute efficient rollout for improved business solutions. 
•    Follow up success criteria’s of solution implementations, report disturbances and take corrective action. 
•    Support and secure together with the Process Expert a successful implementation of process improvement initiatives.

About you
We believe that you have a University degree in logistics business administration or relevant work experience. Proven experience and in depth understanding of Manage Order & Delivery as well as relevant processes and working methods. 

You are motivated, an action-oriented team-player, confident in making independent decisions and self driven. Driven by finding better ways to develop the business and deliver results, you are quick to identify and analyse needs, and to find creative solutions together with colleagues across the organisation.
