PPC is one of the IKEA way of working core processes in which we are developing existing and future ways of working within Order, Plan and Manage Delivery, Handling and Storage, Customs and Define Optimal Replenishment Solution, it’s all about physical goods movement within IKEA and how we can ensure that happy customers finds our amazing range at the lowest price.
About the job
As a Process Developer you are responsible to develop the related business processes on behalf of the business, together with a Process Leader, Process Development Managers, other process developers, solution area and line organisation representatives.
You either lead smaller process improvement initiatives, or act as Process Developer in larger projects. You identify and propose process improvement initiatives, prepare basis for decision materials and analyse business benefit of identified process improvement potentials. You collaborate with our key users, stakeholders in all involved organisations and processes. You support the line organizations with Change Management to secure competence and successful rollout of process changes and you contribute to the development, the implementation and the handover of new solutions and ways of working.
To be succesful in this role you need to have:
Experience from IKEA Supply chain on operational and/or tactical level
Experience and knowledge from Retail, especially the connection with Supply Chain
Strong knowledge and practical experience of development (gather, understand, prioritise, develop, implement)
Proven analytical, organizational and change management skills, including education and training.
Experience with working in projects
Fluent in English, any other language is an asset

You have a strong ability to handle complexity and you get things done. You question current ways of working and have the ability to establish relationships at all levels of the organizations. You can work with operational and tactical issues, while keeping focus on customer need.
We are now looking for 2 Process Developers with retail experience, the position will be based in Pratteln, Switzerland.
