Inter IKEA wholesalers, part of IKEA Supply, sell and supply IKEA franchisees with IKEA products. IKEA Supply also has the responsibility to secure that our products are produced and transported according to IWAY, the code of conduct for IKEA suppliers. With a strong base in the IKEA values, IKEA Supply is always looking for high performing individuals with the ability and willingness to grow and succeed within IKEA. As a step in building talents for the future we are now looking for an assistant to our IKEA Supply Manager.

You will be working with the following tasks:
You will be responsible for coordinating and planning activities within the Yearly Calendar for IKEA Supply.
You will project lead and deliver to assigned business projects. (e.g. Coordinate on behalf of Supply the content for business plan kick off, and BPL focus weeks)
You will monitor and follow up on key implementation activities in IKEA Supply, secure ambition level and progress.
You will together with IKEA Supply Manager be part of the IKEA Supply Management meetings, and other forums in order to support and get an understanding of the organisation and the interfaces with the rest of IKEA.
You will represent IKEA Supply mgm in selected forums, both internally and externally
You will act as communication and administrative support to the IKEA Supply manager and IKEA Supply management team.
