IKEA Purchasing Services s r.o. is a purchasing organization which ensures both purchasing of material from suppliers located in Europe and distribution into retail stores IKEA worldwide, or distribution of components directly to suppliers.

IKEA Purchasing Services is looking for new enthusiasts!

We are currently looking for new colleagues for the position of Supply Planner to fill in our Inter IKEA Group Talent Pool. You will get the great opportunity to work with our most senior colleagues within the supply chain on various projects and assignments with possibility to join one of the business teams within next 9 months.

What experience are we looking for?

• You have logistic knowledge from university and working experience min 2 years
• You have knowledge of supply chain logistics
• You have good understanding of capacity planning, supplier logistics, transportation and purchasing
• You can identify and implement new solutions and optimize the existing ones
• You are capable of dealing with multiple tasks under time pressure
• You are analytical
• You speak fluent English

What will you concentrate on during Talent Pool programme?

• You will work in one of the business teams closely with Senior Supply Planner to follow-up, analyze and take actions to continuously improve supplier delivery performance and assure goods are shipped in time from suppliers
• You will work on concrete project in the supply chain area
• You will work on developing your hard and soft skills in order to join one of the business teams within 9 months from start in IKEA
