WHAT EXPERIENCE ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • You have travel industry experience or working with supporting travelers during and after travels
  • You have knowledge of working with supporting systems for that
  • You have knowledge of Travel industry and market specific conditions
  • You have good understanding of Safety & Security requirements and routines
  • You are capable of dealing with multiple tasks on an operational level with great attention to details
  • You look for ways to improve and simplify ways of working
  • You strive for cost-consciousness and encourage others to act in cost-conscious way
  • You are highly motivated in securing excellence in operation
  • You speak fluent English

WHAT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY IN IKEA?

  • You will be the contact person in respect to meet & travel
  • You will establish and update local meet & travel rules and guidelines, communication them clearly to those who need information
  • You will contribute to both growth and long-term sustained profitability by supporting a good meeting culture
  • You will support and challenge all co-workers in meeting and travelling in a cost-conscious and sustainable way
  • You will promote safe travel and proactively ensure that travelers have an awareness of current situation that may exist in the countries we do business
