If you are: •passionate about creating an IKEA fit for the future and energised by the capability and potential that GBO will offer in that respect, •energized by increasing customer value, driving business growth and delivering high quality services, •inspired by working together in an ever-changing multi-dimensional environment leading through co-creation with colleagues and other IKEA units, •experienced Project manager, delivering projects in complex organizations via people, •have great capabilities in working on multiples levels at organization, with many stakeholders, •energized by solving problems and getting things done, •deep knowledge of transition management and working knowledge of the People and Culture functions, •good knowledge of end-to-end (E2E) process design and process improvement.
•plan, organise and execute the project applying relevant project methodology, •be the primary point of contact for the project management activities, building effective relationships with stakeholders and partners to gain buy-in and full cooperation so that the project objectives are achieved, •track and manage dependencies and interfaces in the project, between projects, and with the line organization, •define and sequence activities in the project, estimating duration, developing the schedule, controlling progress, •plan resource, estimating costs, setting and controlling the budget, •secure and lead a competent and high performing project team, •manage communication flow to stakeholders by planning and distributing relevant information at appropriate times and forums, •secure the identification, mitigation, and control of risks, •manage change, organizational readiness activities, •represent the operations team and bring forward to global project team any transition challenges from legacy to the new services, •support communication and engage in country preparation activities, •provide status (progress, risks, issues) in relevant Steering meetings.
