About you
The candidate have:
  • experience in the loss prevention, banking, investigative or fraud field – will be an asset,
  • ability to communicate in English,
  • excellent follow-through skills and attention to detail,
  • good knowledge in several different finance solutions /computer based systems,
  • ability to work in a fast paced environment and demonstrate a high sense of urgency and confidentiality,
  • a track record of effective problem solving, coupled with the ability to remain solution oriented,
  • ability to think outside the box, but also use common sense
  • the ability to work on weekends and bank holidays
About the job
The Fraud Prevention System Administrator is responsible for the manual review and screening of transactions which have been identified as high risk. A primary responsibility is the protection of IKEAs merchant account from fraud through detailed investigations on transactions which have been flagged by our risk engine as potential fraud.
In order to better meet our (e-commerce) customers’ expectations this job will involve some work on weekends and bank holidays.

About the assignment
  • manual screening of suspicious or flagged transactions
  • verify, initiate a cancellation/decline of the order within designated timeframes
  • carry out manual review security verification with persons suspected of fraud
  • occasional pro-active participation in anti-fraud operations
  • support and cooperate closely with the Fraud Protection Analysts team
  • respond and resolve incoming calls from Customer Service Specialists, Bank employees, Loss Prevention, and Law enforcement regarding fraudulent or potential fraud

Our assignment is to take care of transactional services for IKEA Group organizations in all European countries where IKEA has its business activities. Our aim is to work more efficiently with administrative tasks within Finance and HR throughout the IKEA Group, to help our units focus on the core IKEA business: meeting our customers.
