Job description


We are looking for a candidate who has:

- excellent knowledge of the IT-enabled shared service industry in the field of Continuous Improvement, business process engineering and/or technology development
- good understanding of project management methodologies and knowledge of working with robotics process automation and machine learning
- 3 years of experience in Continuous Improvement opportunity solutions and business case development
- good IT Academic Background
- drive attitude and flexibility – ability for looking for different opportunity to deliver results, using different techniques to work with stakeholders to achieve results
- good communication skills
- values Transparency & People
- willingness to learn & demonstrated positive attitude
- experience and knowledge in Lean & Six Sigma, Automation Anywhere, UI Path, Intelligent Automation / Robotics
- knowledge of CI Approaches, Methodologies, Tool & Techniques
- knowledge in Process Automation including new methods
- end to End Solutioning Experience
- understanding of Project Management and Risk Management
- learning new ways of working Ex. Agile
- excellent leadership skills


– enable a continuous dialogue within GBO CI managers and leaders on CI approach, tools and applications used by HUBs
– develop business case and enable solutions of identified CI opportunities across all GBO HUB
– contribute functional knowledge and insights to building and deploying a sustainable Continuous Improvement framework
– identify and develop GBO business plan improvement projects in line with the local priorities – Lead the CI agenda and contribute to GBO efficiency goals and work closely on CI Agenda with HUBs Managers


The role is a part of the Global Business Operation structure, which is the key partner for Group functions, Businesses with the responsibility of transforming and operation new ways of working and setting up value-added services and Centers of Expertise

Continuous Improvement Solutions Manager’s role is to build and drive the CI solutions, to implement opportunities for improvement and help an organisation to meets its goals.
