You enable business change, by defining needs and recommending solutions that deliver value to co-workers. You create, implement and follow up on rules and practices that ensure accountability, compliance, fairness and transparency within IKEA, securing IKEA corporate identity and core values. For this role we believe you need to have proven record of developing people and organisations, minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources, minimum 1 year of experience in process role and experience from a global matrix organisation and/or participating on global projects

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

As an HR Project leader (Process Improvement Specialist), you will identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and standardisation as a key contributor to INGKA's digitisation and standardisation programme. You will work closely with People and Culture at Group level to ensure consistency and high quality people processes to achieve business objectives and improve the employee experience. You will: • Implement and establish people processes in the country organisation including executing on global structures, methods, policies, standards, rules and guidelines • Secure and monitor People processes are in line with mandatory elements of People processes to secure compliance and a consistent execution of the process framework and policies • Ensure the INGKA People processes are in line with internal and external conditions in the country • Be responsible for executing on process standardisation in the country including specifically in People Administration • Be responsible for executing Shared Services coordination and migration at the lowest cost, including aligning on process best practice with counterparts in other countries • Network with stakeholders across the country organisation to proactively identify opportunities and ideas for standardisation, process improvement and digitalisation In this role you will report to the People & Culture Delivery Manager.
