Job description


•Bachelor or Master Degree in Economics sciences, or Sustainability are preferred •Great use of the Office package, especially Excel •Flexibility/change oriented •English fluent •Customer orientation •Passion for IKEA values and Culture


•Providing an inspiring and motivating direction for my store colleagues on how, together, we can grow IKEA in a sustainable and socially responsible way •Creating an environment where the IKEA culture is strong and where the diversity of our customers and co-workers is valued •Supporting internal communication initiatives focused on Sustainability, e.g. spreading of the annual Sustainability Report •Supporting the developing and spreading store waste management routines •Be responsible for internal waste reporting and other waste operational tasks, e.g. check of invoices •Supporting the store management in establishing an accessibility plan, including public transport, IKEA shuttle, car and bike sharing schemes, electric vehicles facilities as suitable for the store


Be responsible in the store for ensuring we meet the IKEA commitment to having a positive impact on people and the environment, whilst growing our business and achieving long term profitability.
