WHO YOU ARE

-Proven knowledge of Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc…); - Knowledge Sql language -Fluent in English, both written and spoken, and local language; -Proven analytical skills and ability to understand different complex scenarios; -Strong communicative skills and ability to develop relationships -Self driven and proactive approach; -Customer oriented, always striving to reach customer success; -Use creative problem solving skills in conjunction with IKEA’s core values

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

-Support for all warehouse management systems belonging to a unit or group of units – Available, well configured and maintained to support operations; -Implement for all kind of system enhancements in order to increase efficiency, decrease operational costs, increase quality, smooth operational processes; -Support function towards local end users; -Support operations to analyse efficiency and availability; -Encourage end users to find the relevant support in the helpfiles/manuals/instructions available; -Receive and follow up on Incidents and support requests from end users on a daily basis; -Contact with IT Helpdesk for additional support;
