Lead the Sales and Supply Support team of Inventory specialist and work with the country Replenishment team to secure highest possible goods availability in partnership with the commercial team considering country positioning campaigns, commercial calendar and local store activities. Secure an efficient and precise range management process for the store. Work actively with the commercial team with the range change process, led by the commercial team, by providing information regarding sales space parameters, expected sales starts, quantity and remaining outgoing quantities. Maximize a successful replenishment by driving the actions of forecasting and ordering in line with the commercial calendar. Work actively together with the Preparation and Flow Manager in analyzing stock discrepancies as part of the inventory management process. Support the Store Commercial Manager with the analysis of stock discrepancies as part of the inventory management process. Contribute to the Store Business Plan and Logistics Action Plan and ensure implementation of agreed logistics actions in the store business plan within the Sales and Supply Support team.
