WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

Also required: • RTITB accredited (Desirable) • Computer Literate (Basic Level) • Ability to work under pressure to support and deliver training throughout the operation within a time constrained environment • Relevant experience of all MHE used by the operation would be desirable, but full training will be given • Be able to demonstrate IKEA values and ethics • To remain focused on the customer need and quality • Be able to communicate effectively and be able to work on your own, as part of a team and be able to make important decisions using you own initiative • Be punctual and show enthusiasm, passion and drive in delivery of training, and be able to embrace change and continual improvement initiatives • Have a proven track record of good driving standards

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You will ensure the relevant MHE Training is carried out according to both local legislation and IKEA requirements. Ensure relevant facility inspections are routinely carried our (Battery checks, MHE). You will support MHE Training Team Leader to ensure compliance.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Full time 40hrs per week permanent position. This will be a day shift contract, working any 5 from 7 days on a rotating pattern (6am - 2pm and 2pm - 10pm) with every second weekend off. However, there may need to be some flexibility to work night shift should the business need arise. Candidates should include an up-to-date CV with any relevant experience and a complete employment history with their application.
