About the job

We want to fill this position with a strong commercial and customer-focused enthusiast, who is capable of supporting the Service Office Sales team in meeting business needs and achieving goals of increased sales and sustained long-term profitability.

Your assignment

  • Reporting to the Business Leader (Kitchen), IKEA Southeast Asia, you will be part of the Service Office Sales team and play a crucial role in planning, steering, measuring, and following-up in order to navigate sales and optimize results, support the pricing process, range management and ability to strategize and have numerical skills with an eye for detail.
  • You will need to coordinate the year cycle, and have a good knowledge of how the store works and the commercial calendar will be essential.
  • One of your main tasks is to know our global priorities, our range, competition in our markets, and use this information to actively support the Sales Manager, Business Leader, Sales Leaders, L&D Specialist, and the stores in developing their home furnishing business plan.


Your profile

  • You are someone with at least 3 years of relevant experience in a dynamic and fast-paced industry, preferably retail.
  • You are flexible, meticulous, organized, sensitive to timelines, analytical and are proficient in working with numbers and using different systems.
  • You are building trustful relationships and communicating with people of different levels come naturally to you.
