We are looking for a proactive enthusiast who is up for a challenge to identify potential and release value. As a product manager, we expect you to continuously developing the products within your portfolio, by identifying growth opportunities and leading the product vision, roadmap and enhancement, securing effective products.
You will be responsible for a growing portfolio of our phygital and in-store solutions, to bridge the online and offline experience and map new opportunities in our mechanical sales processes and multi-channel shopping experience.
Define the product vision, roadmap/backlog and identify growth opportunities in line with customers/user needs and business objectives, together with involved parties (business partners/super users/customers).
Maintain the product roadmap/backlog by highlighting priorities and dependencies, and prioritize with customer/user and business value on top of mind, aligned with involved parties.
Define detailed product requirements and oversee product progress by liaising with product engineering and/or external vendors, to delivering effective products.
Identify product enhancements and new opportunities through actionable customer journey/data insights and technology/business trends.
Promote transparency and share knowledge, by clearly communicating research/test outcomes, product release plans, product progress, roadmap/backlog and product usage/guidance.
You have a strong desire to continuously explore/develop digital solutions, to create a better everyday life for our customer/users, and enabling long-term growth/profitability.
Excellent communicator, listener and influencer, able to express and identify different point of views and argument priorities and decisions, and striving to win-win with customers/users on top of mind.
Proven track-record of leading digital development for digital platforms, with a good balance between customer/user experience and business focus, in a cross-functional development team.
You have broad and in-depth understanding of market trends, new technologies and different digital components, and how to influence the customer/user journey in the overall product experience.
Creative and innovative, able to challenge common ways of thinking.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with a drive for result and optimization.
Future oriented, with a proactive and ‘get it done’ attitude.
Deep understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methods for actionable insights.
