This function is to ensure that the operations achieve optimum performance and efficiency through the appointed outsource vendors and supported by the Car Park team. By applying operational excellence into our business through implementing consistent monitoring & reviewing of our commercial & operational processes to ensure efficiency & productivity in all areas of business is in good condition for our customers, tenants and co-worker, building customer and tenant relationship through effective communication, written & verbally, contribute to the smooth business operations and practising a long term asset maintenance plan to ensure that the building is kept in shape as new.
At least 2-3 years of working experiences in mall operations.
Proficient with MS Words, Excel , PowerPoint & other office applications.
Posses good command of written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English
In good values of honest, trustworthy and courteous to customers.
Proactive, Independent, team player, organised, work under pressure and to meet deadline in multitasking environment.
