Job description

ABOUT THE JOB

This is a 12 months temporary employment (full-time). This role mainly is to support the daily operations of the Operational matters to provide a safe, secure and comfortable shopping environment for our shoppers, tenants, and co-workers to be the preferred shopping centre, and it will be achieved by:

  • Ensuring that tenant fit-out and fit-out safety are maintained at high standards.
  • To establish efficient everyday work processes for operational excellence.
  • Consistent monitoring review is implemented e.g. tenants' contractors are compliance to fit out guideline and house rules.

YOUR ASSIGNMENT

  • To assist and coordinate on Fit Out related daily routine work, included Fit Out and/or reinstatement follow up, coordination and enforcement. 
  • Daily inspections to ensure tenants compliance on mall guideline. 
  • Follow up on the fit out findings during inspections to ensure closure.
  • Coordinating and preparing relevant documents on fit out matters.
  • Liaise with tenants, contractors, co-workers on operations related activities.
  • Weekly update and monthly report update on job function. 
  • Liaising with other department e.g. maintenance, complaints, and tenant enquiry.
  • Sourcing for quotations, prepare purchase order, submit invoice to Finance for payment.
  • Keep up-to-date filling for department, e.g. Tenant fit out related matters.
  • Handing on the work permit approval documentation and filing.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks

Qualification
  • Min 2 years working experience.
  • Proactive, Independent, team player, organised, work under pressure and to meet deadline in multi-tasking environment.
  • Possess good communication, listening and written skills.
  • Pleasant and cheerful personality.
  • Proficient with MS Words, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD & other office applications.
