About the job
In this role, you will support the Marketing Manager, with key responsibilities in relation to casual leasing of promotional spaces to achieve yearly targets, implementation and execution of IPC Shopping Centre’s marketing events, especially thematic, festive and tactical campaigns and activities, tenant relation as well as to contribute traffic growth by upholding the vision of Ikano Retail – To create a better everyday life for the many people.
To handle casual leasing of promotional spaces in the Shopping Centre according yearly budget.
Supervise the set-up of events and activities and coordinate with internal departments and external service providers, exhibitors and contractors.
Support the marketing team in developing, coordinating and collating content for various collaterals in promoting events and activities of promotion spaces effectively.
Track and measure the outcome on events and activities from exhibitors.
To be well aware and informed of latest trends in the market in order to bring in relevant and up-to-date events and activities into the centre.
To source, plan, execute and coordinate a variety of marketing events and activities according to the marketing calendar and budget to enhance the traffic growth of the Centre, including thematic and festive campaigns.
Supervise the implementation and fulfilment of events and activities and coordinate with internal departments and external service providers and contractors
Prepare and manage internal communication among co-workers and tenants.
Assist in identifying opportunities and potentials and recommend initiatives that will drive good traffic growth to the Shopping Centre.
To contribute to the strategic planning of an annual or long-term marketing plan to drive forward agreed company objectives.
Contribute to budgeting and invoicing process.
Assist in casual leasing of booth spaces in the Shopping Centre during festive campaigns.
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field required.
Possess at least 2 years in the Shopping Centre or retail industry marketing experience.
Strong experience in Sales field
Must have interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to liaise with and present to various channels across the business.
Strong networking skills and resourceful.
Independent and able to multi-task.
Able to work under pressure and able to meet target and deadlines.
Possess strong negotiation skills and personal integrity.
Have a proactive personality and good initiatives in finding solutions.
Good command in English. Proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese would be an added advantage.
