About the job
For the Ecommerce team, we are looking for a proactive enthusiast who can help us in establishing E-Commerce in a new country and securing the IKEA Brand and our overall vision of “creating a better everyday life for the many people”, by contributing their digital editing expertise to secure an enhanced customer experience online.
You are responsible for order management, tracking and reporting of operational performance of E-Commerce.
You are responsible for maintaining freight parameters in the store and online; securing freight income at the appropriate level; co-ordinating freight tests; and analysing the commercial effects of any changes.
You will actively support the store and warehouse in the order picking process, with your in-depth knowledge of the E-Commerce order flow.
You will actively participate in process improvement workshops and will work closely together with the E-Commerce Process Specialist and E-Commerce Business Developer in delivering improvements to the processes.
The position will be based in Mutiara Damansara, Petaling Jaya Selangor.
You are an expert in E-Commerce operations/ order management, both internal and external.
You have an in-depth working knowledge of customer order systems for retail, distribution and transport.
You are independent in executing your work; a good communicator to stakeholders within and outside the office.
