About the job
We are looking for a proactive enthusiast who can help us in identifying digital solutions with high potential to enhance the digital experience in IKEA store, and getting those solutions implemented. As a digital solutions specialist, we expect you to define a roadmap for digital solutions by identifying customer experience gaps and implement those in our new store.
Identify new solutions within the customer journey to develop a digital experience in IKEA store
Create a roadmap for the digital solutions aligned with the project owner and other stakeholders
Lead the development and implementation of identified solutions by working together with stakeholders and vendors
Test, analyse and document the performance of new solutions to identify the added value and potential for other stores
Maintain accurate and clear documentation of digital solutions with technical details, customer journeys and user manuals, to be able to easily rollout to different stores
You have a genuine passion for digitization and multi-channel retail and have a good understanding of industry trends
You have a good understanding of UX/UI and usability to improve the customer experience
You have excellent planning skills to create and own the digital store experience roadmap and can define the opportunities and priorities in a structured way
You have a creative and analytical mind set, with a data driven and result driven approach
You have experience in leading digital solutions implementation
You have excellent influencing and knowledge sharing skills (verbal and written) to all different levels within the organization
