This is a 2 months contract position.
You are a highly motivated, self-starter with strong interpersonal skills to be able to control the crowd.
You ensure all customers follow the screening process register their details via MySejahtera Apps before entering the store.
You monitor and update regarding crowd situations from time-to-time.
You ensure customers comply with the Covid-19 SOPs at all times.
You exercise tactfulness and respectfulness when interacting with customers at all times.
You exercise sound judgment during crisis and emergency situations.
You are responsible for maintaining a safe and enjoyable shopping environment.
