Work with the shopkeepers in home furnishing business to ensure they understand the strategies and how best to present/work with the range to support the commercial strategy set by the Service Office.
Communicating the priorities of the area(s) clearly to the shopkeepers in a way that motivates them to take ownership of the achievement of our agreed goals.
Ensuring the team analyses current trends and optimize commercial opportunities. This is achieved by working in cooperation with the store commercial team and the SO sales team.
Using the matrix to develop their competence in order to capitalize on commercial opportunities.
Ensuring the team and the Core Area Leader maximize the commercial opportunities through the effective use of all media and support the business growth by contributing to the commercial activities focusing on the commercial priorities which will inspire more people to visit the store.
To secure the retail foundation and have the ability to coach and support the sales teams in respect to the functional review subject matter.
Networking with colleagues in IKEA Southeast Asia to share good examples and successes.

Experience of working in a customer-focused service industry.
Experience in setting and implementing long term strategic plans, setting budgets and following up goals.

Ability to set expectations and provide clear direction.
