About the job
The Assistant Tenant Admin Manager will, together with the other members of the Ikano Centres Tenant Management Team, deliver sustainable sales and growth of income for Ikano Centres by ensuring all the documentation and agreements are upkeeping and in compliance with the leasing SOP.
Support Tenant Admin Manager in setting up a centralised tenancy admin support for Ikano centres and coordinate all tenant leases signed by Centre Management Team and Retail Development Department.
Oversee tenancy administration, and monitor the adherence to lease policies & execution of tenancy SOPs.
Administrate POS integration with centres and tenant GTO collection, generate tenant sales report and occupancy cost ratio for management analysis.
Support and monitor centre's monthly rent schedules and generate "at risk" cases for reporting.
Update and upkeep Ikano master tenant management system and govern the tenant database.
Upkeep and generate management reports for Centre Board and as needed by management
Liaise and coordinate between service office and CMO to ensure smooth execution of lease processes and operations and ensure all documentations are complete and in accordance to SOP.
3- 5 years working experience in Leasing Administration or Tenant Management function, within a shopping centre environment.
Excellent communication and computer skills with good knowledge of using spreadsheets, excel and database software.
Professional, well organized, reliable and meticulous.
Able to handle confidential and sensitive materials discreetly.
