• 7 years leadership experience • 5 years experience leading leaders • Retail experience preferred • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

• Leads the Active Selling (Sales), Loyalty (Customer Retention), and Customer Service functions and ensures they are meeting metrics and productivity goals by developing and executing effective business plans • Actively participates in the store steering team by contributing, creating, and implementing store strategies and actions, leading the business in a multichannel retail environment • Accountable for a strong strategic understanding of the customer, market, and community to enable a better local connection • Utilizes customer insights to improve customer satisfaction and ensure a seamless shopping experience from home to home • Oversees local community involvement
