ABOUT US The task of IKEA Components within IKEA is to pursue the development of future unique and customer-friendly solutions within fittings and components to the IKEA range. We create substantial cost and quality benefits for IKEA in our development and supply of raw materials, components and fittings. IKEA Components is part of the Inter IKEA group and shares the IKEA vision and values. Our business is global and employs 1500 people based in Sweden, Slovakia and China. Through co-operation with IKEA Purchasing and Logistic areas, we are also represented at several other sites around the world.
In partnership with our Business & People leadership design a learning offer meeting the demands needs and expectation from the organisation.
Work close with line organisation to transfer business demands, needs and expectations into a learning offers, documented and implemented.
Design, develop, and roll-out Learning & Developments methods and activities
Responsible to create and implement a complete learning platform to develop the competence from old ways of working to new ways of working
Facilitate trainings, co-ordinate external vendors and Learning & Development activities,
Support and coach managers, team leaders, local facilitators and trainers within competence development
Remain up to date on current training and developments trends both external and within IKEA via networking and multimedia access
Act as a coach in individual carrier & performance activities
Secure the follow-up process of initiated Learning & Development activities
Contribute to create an environment where the IKEA Culture and Values is a strong living reality
Responsible to secure that all offered learning opportunities are documented, updated and available on “My Learning platform”
Good understanding of IKEA Strategic Landscape, IKEA Business model and IKEA Value chain.
Deep understanding of IKEA brand, the concept and Culture and Values
Deep knowledge of People processes, change management, approaches, methods and tools.
Facilitation and Leadership skills.
At least 5 years of IKEA Management/Leadership experience
University degree preferred or equal working experience
Fluent in English, written and spoken
Communicate in an enthusiastic, clear and comprehensible way
Leading by example
Ability to build trust and long-term relations
A deep understanding and honest belief in the values of the IKEA culture
Organisational development skills
Skills in change management and improvement work
