Job description

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

•Higher education (Economy, Finance, Logistics) or equivalent working experience
•Intermediate or Upper intermediate English both written and spoken
•Skilled in using MS Office (Advanced Excel is a must)
•1-2 years’ experience from CFF; Finance/Logistics, Store or SO with a good understanding of how financial processes work is a plus
•Experience in analyzing complex data and making it simple, relevant, and understandable for decision-makers
•Self-reliant, motivated, and firm with a proven ability to work as a part of team as well as independently, providing clear direction and following up goals
•Strong analytical and numerical skills
•Problem-solving mind
•Ability to take in new information, compile, organize, analyze, and make relevant conclusions from substantial amounts of data
•Strong and well proven collaboration skills
•Ability to make things happen in a fast and flexible way during change
•Eye for detail and accuracy

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

•Support coordination and consolidation of the Goal setting and budgeting processes for the Unit, support BN Year cycle and BPL process
•Provide Unit management team with reliable navigation information to support budgeting and decision making
•Highlight discrepancies between goals and actual results and identify corrective actions to support and improve financial performance
•Secure and develop high cost consciousness by providing a good cost transparency and defining cost drivers, proactively support efficiency increase incl. definition of potentials and initiation of cost saving activities
•Secure Unit functional reporting according to common rules and deadlines in cooperation with Global BN function
•Develop BN competence withing the Unit by taking part in KPI and Budgeting workshops and trainings
•Work closely with Finance to secure correct, accurate and timely cost booking
