You will also ensure the department is fast and efficient for our customers' and cost effective for the IKEA store. You ensure that customer issues are handled in a reliable, efficient, accurate and friendly way. Your aim is to create a positive experience for our customers, so they will want to return and shop with us again. You use the IKEA tools and expertise of my colleagues to support the store in achieving this.
