A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US
This is a varied, fast paced and hands on role that will see you partnering closely with the leadership team within the store to develop and drive the People agenda for IKEA Marsden Park to support the store business objectives that will ensure IKEA Marsden Park is a great place to work.
This role is responsible for the day-to-day management of HR operations including; the management for administration of policies, procedures and programs; overseeing our performance appraisal process to drive high performance through our talent and succession objectives; recruitment; on- boarding; performance reviews, people leadership and workers compensation.
You will be an advocate of change, with an ability to compliment communication channels through the development of tailored people plans, leveraging your experience in all areas of Human Resources.
TOGETHER AS A TEAM
As IKEA Marsden Park operates 7 days per week, the successful applicant should have availability to work a mix of days, evenings and weekends and will work duty manager shifts for the store on a rotating roster.
