You are able to make decisions through analysis of common agreed information and give directions for improvement.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As Business Navigator you will support financial planning, goal setting, forecasting and follow-up throughout the commercial year cycle. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
•Driving the financial business planning process, securing that financial dimension are aligned with the unit priorities whilst creating commitment amongst stakeholders when setting goals.
•Having a full understanding of the DC/CDC profit and loss, whilst reducing costs and considering all impacts to the P&L. Follow up on results and act upon any deviation.
•Providing relevant, user-friendly business information, securing competence in the organisation to allow analysis and understanding of business performance to make optimal business decisions.
•Secure and develop cost conscious awareness and behaviour in the DC by providing a good cost transparency, defining cost drivers and initiate cost saving activities.
•Work closely with the Central Fulfilment Unit Manager and leadership team to achieve common goals, by providing reliable navigation information, highlight deviations between the goals and actual result.
•Leading and developing leaders and co-workers in the unit. Identify and develop talent to secure succession.

TOGETHER AS A TEAM

The role will work closely with the leadership team to steer the unit towards sustained growth, optimal performance and long-term profitability. You will secure compliance with policies and standards and take a leading role in developing and promoting lean, simple and effective ways of working. You provide support, clarification and understanding, and relevant business information so that co-workers can create value for the business.
