The Business Transformation describes all areas that we, the Ingka Group, are changing to enable the creation of a new IKEA.
Business Operation Transformation (BOT) transforms our business operations in finance, tax, procurement and treasury to create the right pre-conditions for our future as an omnichannel retailer. We will now launch and implement a completely new finance and procurement operating model enabled by SAP technology – come and join this exciting and challenging journey!

Your responsibilities

As a Transformation Manager you are overall responsible to drive and execute the end-to-end rollout of a new global Target Operating Model. You are leading the business transformation to ensure each local market is operationally ready to receive the new model and you secure a successful handover and implementation in assigned country/countries. You work together with a professional and multiskilled team of project resources from all over the world and you are a role model when it comes to leadership, culture & values.

Furtermore you will;
• Define and manage program resources required for project deliverables.
• Lead dedicated colleagues to deliver a successful implementation on time, on budget and with agreed quality as per go live exit criteria. 
• Prepare drive and monitor the implementation plan for the assigned project.
• Manage the transformation to ensure business operational readiness, including change, communication, and training for local country.
• Deliver together with a solution implementation partner (SI) contracted by Ingka.

About You
You are a senior professional with strong program management experience from large-scale global enterprise business transformation programs involving multiple system integrators operating in a global delivery model (min. 10 years). You have thorough experience in full end-to-end business transformation enabled by SAP S4 Hana and SAP Ariba implementations in large multi-cultural organizations as well as experience from managing and challenging SI deliveries.
Your leadership style is based on togetherness, inclusiveness and on humanistic values, and you have very strong and proven change - communication and stakeholder management skills
