We are looking for a curious leader to help us lead and develop our global ways of working to build talent and learning for the new future. As part of the Global Talent team, you will have the opportunity to establish, drive and lead the Performance Management process at Ingka.

You will bring with you:

•At least 5 years of experience within Talent Management or People & Culture
•Strong motivation to work with people processes, systems, and ways of working
•Good understanding and experience as a subject matter expert in performance management
•Strong collaboration skills
•Capability to contribute to a holistic talent development vision
•Experience of working within Performance Management and Talent Management, either on country or group level
•International experience preferred
•Self-driven work


The purpose of this role is to drive and secure the Performance Management process, leading initiatives and providing expertise to secure a sustainable approach that strengthens the IKEA brand and talents.

•Lead and manage a well-established global performance management process valid for all countries and organizations within Ingka Group.
•Inspire, develop, and support different talent development networks and forums.
•Interface with internal business partners and countries/functions to make sure that performance management processes are anchored and integrated into the business.
•Lead initiatives within the area of expertise, focusing on the different dimensions of performance management/talent development and following up through analytics to measure success and get learnings to improve.
•Collaborate externally and internally to research external trends, identifying and recognizing best practices in performance management that we can incorporate into Ingka Group.
•Responsible to provide support to the Ingka organizations and functions to secure the implementation and follow-up of the Ingka performance management process.
•Collaborate with the performance management responsibility in the countries/functions to support the implementation and optimization of local succession processes and follow-up on them.
•Responsible to ensure the digital platform supports the process of succession and performance evaluation when it comes to functionality and performance.
•Responsible to produce and analyze global succession data to support succession planning for present and future needs.

This position is based in Malmö and reports to the Talent Pipeline Manager.
