• Strong project management and negotiations skills
• Fluent in English both written and spoken

As the Supplier Performance manager you will be supporting the building of a fully integrated Commercial & Supplier Performance competence centre in different transformations. The team will secure that maximum values from the commercial agreements and supplier relationships during the lifecycle of the transformation. In addition, the team will secure the right competence for the future, by focusing on the development of supplier performance management in Group Procurement.

• Drive the commercial and contractual agendas relating to suppliers across the transformation, meeting the business requirements and securing it is in line with the Ingka values
• Responsible for developing and steering the strategic relationship and business with the assigned Ingka supplier
• Establish and execute a strong supplier performance management system
• Implement and ‘operationalise’ the agreements
• Establish the overall supplier governance within the transformation and its linkages outside the transformation, securing one interface and one governance to the suppliers
• Manage the Change Request process and the transformation’s procurement activities
