We believe that you have a solid background and experience in the Digital field with focus on Software, together with a deep experience within the area of supplier management and supplier development. Apart from that you have an understanding of the value chain and value innovation. We are looking for you with experience from leading and managing both people and business in a global context, managing cross functional teams in a multinational organization. You make change happen by engaging and motivating people around you, as you lead business through people, both in a remote and an onsite environment. We see that you are highly motivated to build and maintain strong business relationships with external partners. You are an excellent communicator with an interested in cross-functional collaboration and partnerhips. You have a strong business mind-set and drive together with a deep knowledge in the tech industry and are always curious to learn more about new trends on the market. You are passionate about continuous learning and development as well as innovation and entrepreneurship. To be successful in this role you need proven record of operating in complex sourcing projects, negotiation and supplier development initiatives. You have knowledge in following areas: • Fluent in English both written and spoken • Excellent business knowledge and mindset • Deep knowledge of Digital and Tech industry and market specific conditions as well as macro-economic trends • Solid knowledge of and experience from supplier development and partnership management in the Digital and Tech industry • Very strong negotiations skills


We are in the biggest transformation of our history and as a Sourcing Manager you will be a key contributor in securing our future business success. You will be part of one of four categories within the area of Digital and Tech and we are now looking for Sourcing Managers for our category Software. As a Sourcing Manager you will support the development and drive the execution of the category plan by developing partnerships with key suppliers and driving sourcing projects. You will work close together with Ingka’s Group Digital and other key business owners. Apart from that you will lead a passionate team of Purchasers that all works within Procurement in the category area Software. In the role as Sourcing Manager you will: • Execute on the category plan and priorities • Build and maintain partnerships with key suppliers and drive supplier development • Lead sourcing projects and through proactive market monitoring give input about sourcing options • Create transparency of information, break down silos and facilitate free flow of ideas across teams and organisations • Recruit and develop competent, high-performing and diverse co-workers •Develop and build high-performing teams by delegating responsibility, coaching and supporting co-workers In this role you will report to a Category Manager in Digital & Tech. This role is located in Malmö, Sweden.
