You also bring a minimum of 5 years of progressive and diverse experience as a software developer/engineer, technology architect, with a good foundation of Cloud and related technologies. You have also experience of working with internal or external clients/customers. You have experience in designing and implementing resilient and highly available IAM platforms. You have knowledge in the following areas: · Proven experience working with Identity and Access Management solutions. Including areas such as Identity Life Cycle, Access Request Processes, Access Certification and Auditing. · 3 to 5 Years of working experience with Sailpoint and/or Okta. · Knowledge of steering principles for IT, reference architectures & tools, DevOps, CI/CD, SI, technical standards & platforms · Understanding of frameworks around Authentication and Authorization protocols and data layer access methods. Knowledge in modern protocols and standards such as - SAML, OpenID Connect, OAuth, XACM and SCIM. · Educated/Working experience in the regulatory landscape, such as GDPR and PCI-DSS. · Comfortable leading, directing and empowering team members without formal management authority · Experience working with a remote and globally distributed team.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Solution Area Designer within Directories & Authentication you will be responsible for translating IT requirements from IT architecture to design requirements within the Identities & Access Management space. You will guide and support projects, initiatives, and infrastructure services on how to integrate with and use our Services. You will support our co-workers, customers, partners, and vendors in making sure that our products and services are configured in accordance with architecture, security demands, rules & policies. About the assignment · Identify IT requirements for the products and secure the design is made accordingly to the requirements · secure the design is made in IKEA context · coordinate and design solutions with a holistic system management view · design according to process dependencies · support Product Specialists, Infrastructure Managers (Team Managers) and IT Architects in their solution work · support Process Leads to understand tool dependencies · be involved in sprint planning meetings to help provide clarity and elaborate features and user stories to help the team better understand the requirements and how success will be measured · act as a subject matter expert for teams, providing technology insight, context and additional information as needed to help understanding of what is required
