YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You would become one out of four members of the Ingka Group Security Team, a team within the Safety & Security Department in the Business Group Risk Management & Compliance function.

The Group Security Team handles a wide spectrum of security related areas, all with the aim to safeguard Ingka Group’s people, brand and assets.

The role includes tasks of reactive nature with varying complexity that require immediate attention. These include but are not limited to:

• Providing Subject Matter Expertise support to various stakeholders
• Handling the information flow around critical incidents
• Investigations of suspected misconduct
• Travel Risk incident management and pre-trip assessments

The role further includes working in projects and initiatives of more proactive nature and that run over a longer period of time. This can for instance translate into:

• Development of Standards and Frameworks
• Development of tools and Steering Documents
• Supporting various stakeholders with Subject Matter Expertise in the Security-field for existing and future Retail-initiatives.
• Leading and inspire a risk and compliance performance mind-set, raise risk awareness and promote a risk culture, and thereby support growth and maximization of business value.

Some tasks are shared equally between all members of the team, whereas others have a designated team member assigned as the main responsible and driver.

Good knowledge-sharing skills are a key to strengthen the team’s versatility and to promote the personal- as well as professional development of team members.

In order to be successful in your role, you will regularly work together with co-workers from other functions both within and outside of Business Group Risk Management & Compliance.

The role of Security Specialist is placed in Malmö.
