To be successful in this role you hold a degree in Business Administration/Finance/Economics or related field or extensive experience in the field, with 5-7 years of increased responsibility in business steering or finance related field, and 3-5 years as a manager with experience in larger international structure. We believe you have business experience, and strong communication and networking skills with capacity to influence decisions and commitments in different parts of the organisation. You have a proven record of successful leadership, developing people and providing support, coaching, training, and giving career direction to others, and high proficiency in spoken and written English. You have proven analytical skills combined with an ability to communicate figures in an understandable and inspiring way, with strong and well proven collaboration skills along with strong leadership and communication skills with proven ability to lead and influence.


Being a pro-active, trustworthy partner who takes a multi-dimensional view of the business, focusing on the commercial performance and opportunities in all channels as well as from a market and range perspective. The purpose is to provide support in evaluating commercial initiatives and processes to Market Support as well as other stakeholders within a commercial context. The function is the main interphase on commercially related Business navigation topics between INGKA and IOS. Through this, the function contributes to profitable growth, better decision making as well as a strengthened performance culture. Steer and support overall Ingka business performance that is beneficial to people & planet and protects and adds value to our assets, securing profitable growth and financial independence by providing services, supporting a strong compliance framework, and effective governance to enable entrepreneurship and safeguard our people, customers and businesses. You will: • Develop successful, long term, strategic relationships with Market Support, acting as a proactive business partner for all Center of expertise. Based on achieving best practice and sustainable competitive advantages to support and advice their strategic and operational decision making through insights that drive better business performance • Contribute with insights and input to the Growth Plan in IKEA Retail • Lead the Financial Business Plan process from a commercial perspective, bringing analysis and proposals for sales and margin into the overall financial planning • Lead the bi-monthly forecasting process from commercial perspective being the main speaking partner for IOS in sales related forecast topics • Be responsible for business navigation for IKEA Food IKEA Food • Be responsible for the business navigation of services • Be responsible for the commercial part of Flight Tower and the coordination of recommendation from Market Support • In close cooperation with the pricing team, contribute to the development of the pricing direction as well as the follow up of pricing results • Develop navigation competences in a Digital Retail environment with relevant stakeholders and supporting functions • Lead and inspire a high performing Business Navigation team, following up set goals and KPIs to secure that Group objectives are met • Secure and maintain an effective connection with and between core areas, business owners, group functions, process teams within the Ingka Group • Secure cross-organisational readiness and continued business growth in terms of competence, performance and succession through enabling an end-to-end approach • Ensure a safe environment for co-workers and external consultants and contractors in accordance with Ingka policies


Create enhance customer value, good growth and optimise long term business performance for IKEA Retail, by enabling better business decisions, securing efficiency and leading in accordance with financial and business strategies. This includes securing (financial) business performance, a safe and secure environment in compliance with laws, policies and standards and process.
