We also see that you have: • A university degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Law or corresponding • Preferably five years’ experience of working in international organisations, of which at least three delivering success within project management and/or procurement • Excellent business knowledge and mindset • Strong leadership and communication skills • Strong knowledge of project management and change management methods and tools, ideally also of agile principles • Good understanding of the Source-to-Pay process • Good knowledge of the Ingka Retail organisation, and ideally experience of multiple successful implementations in the country dimension • Fluency in English, both written and verbal

We are looking for two Project Managers for our Project Management Office (PMO) in Ingka Procurement. The PMO is responsible for the strategic planning for procurement and for leading key strategic and transformational initiatives to build better procurement for the Ingka Group. In this position, you will take on the responsibility to project manage selected parts of the Source-To-Pay implementation in our Ingka countries and group functions. You will take leadership to secure a successful implementation in the countries, bringing in your expertise in change management, together with the global and local country teams. You will lead projects that contribute to Ingka’s Procurement Strategy and transformation and which often span across several processes and dimensions. You will be using relevant project management methods and tools including lean and agile principles. You will take leadership to deliver change and excellent project results together with the project team in line with the IKEA vision and values. You will need a strategic and business-oriented mindset, good understanding of the procurement process and ability to collaborate closely with all relevant stakeholders. You need to be able to contribute and deliver on strategic, tactical and operational level. You will continuously seek opportunities for improvement, challenge the business and demonstrate willingness to change and adapt to new circumstances. In this position you will report to the PMO Manager.
