• A university degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Law or corresponding
• Minimum five years’ experience of delivering success within project management in international organisations, ideally with procurement/procure-to-pay experience too
• Excellent business knowledge and mindset
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and negotiation skills
• Strong knowledge of project management and change management methods and tools, including agile principles
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal

We are looking for two Project Managers to complement our Planning and Development team in Ingka Procurement. The Planning and Development team is responsible for the strategic procurement planning and for driving key strategic and transformational initiatives to build better procurement for the Ingka Group. In this position, you will manage large, complex and transformational projects, which span across several processes and dimensions, using relevant methods and tools, including lean and agile principles. You will take leadership to deliver excellent project results in line with the IKEA vision and values. You will need a strategic and business-oriented mindset, understand the business priorities and engage with all relevant business partners. You will continuously seek opportunities for improvement, challenge the business and demonstrate willingness to change and adapt to new circumstances.
