We are looking for someone who has: • an engineering education within design/construction • proven experience from Health & Safety at preferably constructions sites

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Project Delivery Leader you work in a team of colleagues developing the Construction Project Delivery business area at Group Real Estate. Aligning the implementation and communication towards the Clusters will be your responsibility as well as developing the Clusters into high performance teams. This will always be carried out with the best project focus. In this position you will be focusing on Health & Safety including IWAY compliance for construction projects. We offer you a possibility to work with building projects in over 30 countries where Ingka Group is doing business. You will work proactively with different construction projects and where you will be involved in an early stage to support the project. Since Ingka Group is exploring new ways of doing business it also means that the building projects are different from what we are used to do and will need the team and you to think innovative and with sustainability in mind / at heart. That also means that you will be working with other Group Functions like Sustainability, Risk & Compliance, Procurement and Business Owners like Retail Expansion and Ingka Centres etc. We offer you a great working environment where we live the IKEA values every day. You will work in a truly international environment with colleagues from all over the world. This role is located in Malmö and you will report to the Project Delivery Manager.

We secure new and maintain existing physical locations in order to meet the needs of the many people. We provide strategic insight based on our knowledge and understanding of the Ingka real estate portfolio. We take the lead in delivering safe, compliant, sustainable and innovative property solutions – with Democratic design and life cycle cost on top of our mind. We actively maintain and secure that our properties are kept in relevant shape for the business so that we can provide a safe and healthy environment for all co-workers and customers.
