We believe that you have a solid background and experience in the field of indirect procurement with specialization in HR Services category together with a deep experience within the area of supplier management and supplier development. Apart from that you have an understanding of the innovation value chain.

You are an excellent communicator with an interest in cross-functional collaboration and partnerships. You have a strong business mind-set and drive together with knowledge in the staffing and learning industries and are always curious to learn more about new trends on the market. To be successful in this role you need proven record of operating in complex sourcing projects, negotiation and supplier development initiatives.
You have knowledge in following areas:
• Fluent in English both written and spoken • Excellent business knowledge and mindset • Deep knowledge of the industry and market specific conditions and trends • Solid knowledge of and experience in supplier development and partnership management • Very strong negotiations skills
We are in the biggest transformation of our history and as a Sourcing Manager you will be a key contributor in securing our future business success. You will be part of one of the two categories within the procurement category of HR Services. In your role as a Sourcing Manager you will support the development and drive the execution of the category plan by developing partnerships with key suppliers and driving sourcing projects. You will work close together with Ingka’s Group People & Culture Leadership Development, Learning and Development and Talent Acquisition Teams including the necessary alignments with Digital Product and engineering and other key business owners.
