• You have a university degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or corresponding.
• You are fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• You have experience from a similar position and working environment.
You have demonstrated administrational ability, with excellent attention to details and quality of work. With proficiency in MS Office you know how to get things done. You are a natural in building and maintaining good relationships with people and have strong communication skills, which will ensure your success in partnering with the purchasers, business partners and suppliers. As a Procurement Administrator you will be part of our purchasing team where your main focus will be on supporting purchasers and suppliers throughout the purchase process, in contract & supplier management and in user compliance follow up as well as building relationships with purchasing teams, business partners, users and suppliers. In this position you will be working across countries and regions in a global IKEA network that opens up for many possibilities.
You will be based in Malmö/Älmhult, Sweden.

You will support the market and category area in:
• contract, content and vendor master data administration management
• monitor contract compliance
• product & service availability
• content-quality in ordering-tools
You expect to be the natural advisor for the purchasers on the topics:
- Handling content (information about suppliers, products & services) in the order tool
- Following up user compliance; how well users utilize the group procurement contracts
- Supporting purchasers with supplier management, by monitoring suppliers' performance and providing reports.
- Supporting a seamless P2P process, by training the suppliers and monitoring the performance.
