You have worked with execution and implementation of senior level business development and innovation programmes. We also need you who can move from conceptual/ thought leadership to implementation.

To succeed as a Planning and Deployment Specialist you need experience from:
• Change and transformation where evidence of contribution and competence made a tangible difference to the change
• Navigating complex organisational structures and environments
• Applying agile and waterfall methodologies
• Leadership and business operational experience (set strategies, execute and deliver results etc)
• Leading Business development and transformation
• Solid business leadership based on previous experience

Your responsibilities

In the job as Planning and Deployment Specialist you will provide specialist planning and deployment expertise, structures, guidance necessary for the successful delivery of the Ingka Business transformation. You will plan, co-ordinate and deploy a portfolio of strategic business development and transformation initiatives, manage dependencies, develop and execute frameworks and ways of working and co-create a successful deployment together with the business and the PMOs in the countries.

Amongst many tasks you till:
• Develop and drive deployment principles, framework, methodology, ways of working, tools and templates and securing that they are applied in planning and deployment processes across all business development and transformation initiatives.
• Develop specialist expertise in how to define, maintain and report planning and deployment methods and measurements in partnership with Transformation Navigation and other business partners.
• Drive and support specific Planning or Deployment projects or assignments
• Be responsible for the integration, development and maintenance of the Planning and Deployment learning offer including tracking and driving usage.
• Secure stakeholders are informed and utilizing the methodologies and framework accordingly in a close dialogue with the different stakeholders throughout the organization.

This job is located in Malmö, Sweden and will report to the Planning and Deployment Manager.

This is a paternity leave replacement - temporary min 6 months but could be 12 months.
