P&C Business Partner

As far as experience goes, we need someone who knows how to contribute to and support the implementation and development of strategic plans for people and organizations. Someone with competence in a broad set of P&C practices, policies, processes, regulations and legislations. Someone that also brings strong leadership, digital and change management skills. If you have between 3-8 years of experience in HR positions and have ideally worked in a global matrix organization and/or participated in global projects then one of these roles could be the next step for you! If you also have experience from a similar context characterized by digitalisation, tech or IT this is a BIG plus considering our exciting journey ahead. Last but not least, it’s important that you are an ambassador for our values, have a ‘hungry-to-learn’ mind set and a strong ability to work independently!


As a P&C business partner you will be part of the management team for your function, partnering business leaders and translating strategic business objectives & initiatives to P&C requirements; breaking down strategic targets into HR measures and delivering to our People Strategy. Your responsabilities would be: • You’ll be partnering business leaders to deliver to our business goals • You will, together with key leaders drive the implementation of our P&C year cycle, P&C processes and policies. • Drive and deliver business-specific P&C topics that are not covered by the ‘Centre of Expertise’ (e.g. function-specific P&C initiatives) • Support business change/transformation and organization development within the functional area and provide support to business leaders in leadership and people matters by providing daily P&C guidance and advice. • Support business leaders in leadership and people matters by providing daily P&C guidance and advice. • Work closely with business leaders and co-workers to improve work conditions while increasing efficiency. • Collaborate with P&C and cross functional groups to build common ways of working and share best practices. • Partner with P&C Services team for delivery of Operational activities
