Because you have a passion for working with international business law and relevant areas of operations, especially real estate. You have broad knowledge of reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements and give legal support and advice. Building relationships to facilitate current and future objectives is something you enjoy. You are always driving for results and are excellent in processing information.

You also need to be a good communicator where you express ideas and opinions in both writing and spoken conversations. This position is for someone who likes to support others and work both independently and in close cooperation within the legal team.
To be successful in this position as a Legal Counsel you need:
• University degree in Law, with very good achievement
• Minimum 3-4 years of professional experience in a law firm or as in-house lawyer
• Experience from working with real estate law and/or real estate transactions

As a Legal Counsel your responsibility is to review, support and secure legal aspects of the businesses and operations together with a team of lawyers in Group Legal & Governance in Ingka Group.
Amongst other tasks you will:
• Give day to day legal support to the business
• Review and draft commercial agreements and legal documents, especially within the field of real estate
• Cooperate and build good relations with stakeholders to secure mutually sustainable solutions
• Equip leaders with legal competence and confidence to make good decisions
