WHO YOU ARE

The Investment & Project Portfolio Controller develops and drives the consolidation of the global pipeline reporting and provide quantitative and qualitative business analysis necessary for decision making.

Do you have background in finance and project management, with some years of relevant work experience?

We are looking for you who has knowledge of how to anticipate and forecast the future evolution of business and monitor performance. You have experience from working in a global organization and from working with different ERP systems. You know how to structure data and information in both processes and information technology tools to ensure reliable, accessible, and relevant information, securing the appropriate levels of privacy and security. You know how to work with large volumes of digital data, utilizing mathematical modelling, optimization of financial models and what-if simulations for the purpose of driving actionable business insights. You have deep knowledge in using tools and applications to visualize data and present performance. Experienced and advanced user of Excel and Power BI. We also believe you have knowledge of evaluating risk assessments and quantifying risks as well as connecting findings to relevant financial models.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the consolidation of the global pipeline reporting
• Lead cross-functional teams and competences across boarders
• Oversee reporting performance and reporting supply chain
• Develop and manage reporting structure, templates and dashboards
• Present overviews, status and progress to management
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders throughout the organization
• Structure guidance on pipeline reporting to the project development managers
• Lead and update project development managers in pipeline reporting framework

In this role, you will be part of Expansion and Development Domain at Ingka Centres and report to Risk & Return Manager. Our core team today consist of a Process Leader and a Risk & Return Leader. Now we are going to complete the team. A small team in itself, you will be a member of Ingka Centres and will work together with several stakeholders across the Ingka Centres organization.
The location of this position is Malmö.
