Malmö, Skåne County Marketing & Communication Intern

Job description


As an intern with the Editorial team you’ll be able to work hands on with creating content for internal and external communication, quality securing deliverables and learning the ins and outs of working in a communication department. While your focus will be in video production, you will be working in a multidisciplinary team and in close collaboration with our strategic partners. This is not a coffee-fetching, ride-along internship, instead you will get a chance learn the business and truly become a part of the best team ever.

We think that you are a happy rebel with a solution-oriented mindset, a realistic optimist, and believe in the power of togetherness and regular fika. You have an interest in working in a corporate environment and want to learn how to apply your knowledge in this context.
Experience using Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects and Microsoft Office 365 is a requirement. We also see you as a person who are familiar with video production equipment and have an interest for light and scenery. If you move forward in the application process, you will be asked to show a portfolio of previous work.


• Contribute to and produce content for both internal and external communication (examples include video presentations, announcements, social media posts and other ways of communicating with video).
• Be part of creating both simpler and more high-end video productions
• Get experience working in a multidisciplinary team with video, graphics and copywriting on a global level.
• Shadow key individuals from the different teams in the communication department to understand our ways of working.
• Together with the other interns in the communication department, drive a project of your own with the aim or launching within the business.
• Have a good time in a friendly and dedicated team.


The purpose is to enable business transformation and secure Ingka Group long term profitable growth and independence through financial steering and decision support, operational excellence and compliance.


You will be based at the global Ingka office Hubhult in Malmö, Sweden.

Candidates must be enrolled in a relevant program or be a recent graduate. This is an unpaid internship (min. 24h/w). Duration: 1. Sep – mid Dec 2020.
