Global Talent Management - Ingka Centres

Malmö, Skåne County - Explore location People & HR Full Time

Job description

Because you love leading, coaching & working with people and have a deep passion of developing businesses through people. You know the pivotal role leadership plays in an organization and have experience in developing leaders across geographies. You understand that in today’s world, change is the only constant, and have relevant transformation experience to support change in complex environments. As much as agile has been a buzz word for many years, you know that now more than ever, fluid organizations are fit for the future. And the more agile and adaptable we get, it is all the more important to build a learning culture, to secure competence throughout this journey.

As much as you are interested in people, you are passionate about digitalization. To keep ahead of the constantly changing environment, you know that innovation within the Talent area is essential. For you, challenges are new opportunities awaiting to be explored. Networking and building trustful relations come naturally. As much as you are an ambassador of the IKEA/Ingka culture and values, you are aware that this needs to be nurtured. You know the power of first impressions; taking care of our employer brand will lead to not only attracting external talent, but also engaging & better performing employees. You have strategic experience & solutions to identifying and providing positive candidate experiences. After all, our candidates are our customers.

You thrive on working across cultures and nationalities and know that diverse teams make better business decisions. Preferably you have experience from working within a senior global Talent Development Management role.

No two days will be the same in this role, so to give an hourly schedule and ‘to do’ list will be an impossible task. What we can say though, is that you will be surrounded by a bunch of passionate People & Culture enthusiasts who are dedicated in their own specialisms, but all work together in a bigger sphere, our P&C Domain (elsewhere known as a HR department), together creating a unique workplace and unleashing the potential of our coworkers.

Your role, then, will be to coach our business in areas of Leadership & Culture, Learning & Development and Recruitment & Employer Branding providing guidance and support to your coworkers within the direct and extended teams and secure that the best practices are available for our organization to improve our business results. Sounds exciting?

Amongst other things, you will:

• Co-create and execute the strategic development in talent management, together with our colleagues at Ingka Group, nurturing a meaningful experience for the many Ingka Centres co-workers.
• Lead the work of identifying behaviors and capabilities, based on growth ambitions, to support our business needs.
• Lead and implement the leadership development agenda in Ingka Centres, based on Ingka Group approach.
• Support the employer branding development and deployment making Ingka Centres a recognizable and desired place to work.
• Ensure that all our co-workers, at Meeting Places (Shopping Centres) and Service Offices, have available support and solutions to continue being in a growth environment through succession and development opportunities.

As the Talent Development Manager, you will be a part of the People & Culture team. The People & Culture teams’ mission is to secure the competence, culture & values, and leadership; today and for the future, to reach our business ambitions and create a great place to work.

You will be based out of Malmö, Sweden and report to our People & Culture Manager Anna Andersson.
Moreover, you will lead a team of seven passionate people within L&D, Talent & Recruitment. Read more about our teams and our organization on
