As an Ecommerce Cluster Team Leader, you will need:
•A broad understanding of online retailing and customer needs in an omnichannel environment
•You think long term, you define plans and set directions, you coordinate tasks and execute them when necessary
•You drive business growth and contribute to overall success and results through people
•You have an ability to structure information, analyze it, learn from it and apply it
•You can influence strategic decision-making, and a comprehensive understanding of the complexity of relationships in large organizations
•Good understanding of advanced analytics, data science, machine learning, decision intelligence, causal modelling, data quality, new technologies
•Broad knowledge of direction setting, creation of strategic and operational goals and plans as well as follow up on KPIs
•Comprehensive understanding of complex relationships between information, technology, and people

Preferably, you have a strong knowledge about the IKEA brand, concept, culture, values, and ways of working.

Your responsibilities

As an Ecommerce Cluster Team Leader, you will work together with all functions in Ingka, especially with Market Support, Digital and the Markets to support planning, performance management and decision-making processes around digital customer meeting points. You will lead, coach and develop a team of Cluster Leaders, promoting individual growth and securing a high performing team.

The role includes following business performance, influencing strategic decision-making through analysis and recommendations and deliver commercial plans, budgets, and forecasts for the digital customer meeting points.

More in detail you will:
•Implement with stakeholders, preparing and communicating holistic and relevant analysis, that help identifying sustainable growth business opportunities with a broad performance perspective and business case thinking.
•Collaborate across the organization through defining and developing reports and analysis, to support the development of unique, inspiring, and convenient ways to meet our customers.
•Analyze commercial, customer, operational and financial reports, follow closely the performance of digital channels, and continuously identify opportunities for improvement.
•Manage an assigned cluster of markets, to assist them in monitoring their business and seeking business opportunities to fulfil and exceed goals, and act as their voice in the global organization.
•Manage global stakeholders addressing doubts/issues related to digital channels with an end-to-end mindset.
•Determine global and markets business needs and explain as a Subject Matter Expert in Digital Product Teams

The location is Malmö, and you will report to the Digital Channel Performance Manager.
