You have a university degree in finance with relevant work experience with a multinational corporate. As well as strong communication skills in English. You have knowledge in the following areas: • Good knowledge of the customer finance industry – Schemes, Acquirers, Issuing banks • General knowledge in payment types & global payment infrastructure • Knowledge of the main customer finance payment solutions as well as alternative flexible options that IKEA customers can utilise across sales channels. You have a drive for results by accomplish goals, complete tasks and achieve results. You have a focus for details, perform work with care, accuracy and attention to detail. You are a strong team worker, achieve goals by collaboration with others. You feel comfortable handling unclear or unpredictable situations. You have a flexible mind set when it comes to changes in direction as appropriate based on new ideas, approaches and strategies. You also withhold strong strategical and business minded perspective.


In the role Customer Finance Specialist you are responsible for defining the financial structure for customer finance, manage customer finance regulation as well as bank and financial supplier relationship. You will: • Use INGKA business intelligence to provide insights and potential savings in relations to customer finance. • Propose and drive change internally to enable future savings and efficiencies in relation to Payment instruments. • Ensure that benefits from potential economies of scale are safeguarded and addressed accordingly. • Provide focus on all issues relating to INGKAs business interests regarding customer finance instruments in matters involving politicians, policymakers, regulators, and government departments and agencies. • Lead the INGKA group customer finance standardisation goals. • Access the market practice and benchmark INGKA’s customer finance approach with other multinational players. • Onboard, maintain and document customer finance and market knowledge.


The purpose of Group Corporate Finance and Tax is to provide expertise and optimise exposure in Corporate Finance, Tax, Treasury and Insurance matters, balancing risks and opportunities in the market, support the business in its growth, while ensuring a strong position as good corporate citizen.
